Larsen & Toubro has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company has approved allotment of 1,52,393 equity shares today to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. The meeting of the NRC commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 12.00 noon.
