Further to its intimations dated May 28,2025 and May 31, 2025, July 16, 2025 and July 16, 2025, Adani Ports and Siemens Energy India Special Economic Zone has informed that it enclosed the press release regarding early results of the previously announced tender offers made by them (‘Tender Offers’) to purchase for cash up to (i) US$ 200,000,000 in principal amount of the outstanding US$500,000,000 4.00% Senior Notes due July 2027, (ii) US$ 125,000,000 in principal amount of the outstanding US$750,000,000 4.20% Senior Notes due August 2027 and (iii) US$ 125,000,000 in principal amount of the outstanding US$750,000,000 4.375% Senior Notes due July 2029.
