Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.

Tata Motors’ wholly owned subsidiary -- TML CV Holdings (TMLCVH) has received approval to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary Company in the name and style of TML CV Holdings B.V in Netherlands or such other name as may be approved by the relevant authorities in Netherlands. The proposed company will be incorporated as a holding company with the primary objective of participating in managing and administering participations and interests in businesses, legal entities and companies. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on July 30, 2025, has approved the same. 

Tata Motors is India’s largest automobile company. Through subsidiaries and associate companies, Tata Motors has operations in the UK, South Korea, Thailand, South Africa and Indonesia. Among them is Jaguar Land Rover, the business comprising the two iconic British brands.
