Samvardhana Motherson International’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary--PKC Wiring Systems Oy (Finland) (PKC Wiring), has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Motherson PKC WH Systems Morocco SAS (MPKC), Morocco. MPKC will inter-alia be engaged in the business of manufacture of strings, cables, ropes or twine manufacture of electrical distribution and control equipment.
