Vakrangee Ltd.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Vakrangee has informed that Vortex Engineering (Vortex), a subsidiary Company of Vakrangee, has entered into a service level agreement with UCO Bank. Under this agreement Vortex will provide end-to-end solutions for 300 New ATMs over a period of seven years, with a total contract value of Rs 12.81 Crore. The detailed intimation in this regard is enclosed as Annexure I. Further, the details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure II.
