Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015'), Shriram Pistons & Rings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Friday, August 1, 2025 considered and approved the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company along with Auditor’s Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the above results were published on August 2, 2025, in the newspapers: The Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi). Copies of the above newspapers are enclosed. The said newspaper publication also includes a Quick Response (QR) Code to access the financial results for the said period. Furthermore, in terms of provisions of Regulation 46 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the aforesaid results are also uploaded on the Company’s website (www.shrirampistons.com).
