Shakti Pumps India has informed that the Company has invested Rs 5,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Shakti EV Mobility by subscribing to 50,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 (Rupees Ten each). The consolidated investment is Rs 55,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifty-Five Crores Only) after subscribing aforesaid equity shares. For the same disclosure under Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III Part A Para A(1)  of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is attached as Annexure I to this letter.
