With reference to the NBCC’s previous intimation dated January 05, 2024, regarding work order received from Lokpal of India amounting 25.38 crore (Approx). Due to technical reason the work under said work order has been modified. Accordingly, NBCC (India) has informed that, ‘Lokpal of India’ has entered into a fresh agreement with the company on August 01, 2025. Value of the work as per fresh agreement is enclosed. The aforesaid business is in the normal course of Business of the Company.
