Adani Enterprises (AEL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Adani Cybersecurity Services’ (ACSL) for Providing end-to-end cybersecurity solutions and services across Operational Technology (OT), Information Technology (IT), and Cloud environments. AEL shall hold 100% share capital of ACSL. ACSL has been incorporated in India on August 05, 2025 and registered with Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
