IRIS Business Services has completed the sale and transfer of its entire balance stake in IRIS Logix Solutions (IRIS Logix) constituting 95% of share capital of IRIS Logix to Sovos Compliance, United Kingdom (Sovos). The transaction has been carried out in line with the definitive agreements approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, July 02, 2025.
