Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Mundra Synenergy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Nagpur Syn-Gas & Chemicals’ in India on August 6, 2025. The said WOS has been incorporated with the objective of the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products.
