Protean eGov Technologies has received approval to make an additional investment in its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Protean International DMCC’, Dubai, UAE, in the form of Equity Share Capital of up to Rs 19 crore, in one or more tranches. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 06, 2025, had considered and approved the same.

Protean e-Gov Technologies is engaged in the business of developing citizen-centric and population-scale e-governance solutions. It has played a vital role in developing national infrastructure for capital market development in India.
