Pursuant to Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Apollo Pipes has informed that it enclosed the Monitoring Agency Reports issued by CARE Ratings, the Monitoring Agency appointed to monitor the utilisation of proceeds. The reports pertain to the Preferential Issues aggregating to ?259.60 crore and ?110.00 crore, respectively, through the issuance of Convertible Warrants. The said reports have been duly reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee at its meeting held on August 07, 2025.
