Punjab National Bank bags ‘Indira Gandhi Rajbhasha Award’

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has been awarded ‘Indira Gandhi Rajbhasha Award’ for the financial year 2011-12 for its commendable work in implementation of official language Hindi in the bank. The bank received the award from President of India at the Hindi Diwas function organized by Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs in Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

Besides, Delhi Bank Town Official Language Implementation Committee (NARAKAS) for which PNB is the convener was also awarded the Indira Gandhi Rajbhasha shield on this occasion.
