Horizon Infrastructure gets Bombay HC nod for amalgamation and arrangement

Horizon Infrastructure has received an approval for the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between SKIL Infrastructure, Horizon Country Wide Logistics and Fastlane Distriparks & Logistics (Transferor Companies) with Horizon Infrastructure (Transferee Company) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on September 20, 2013. The High Court of Bombay has sanctioned the approval for the above.

The certified copy of the order sanctioning the scheme is awaited. The scheme will become effective upon filing of the certified copy of order of the High Court with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The appointed date, in terms of the scheme, is April 01, 2011.
