Indusind Bank allots 24167 equity shares under the ESOS
Date: 23-09-2013Indusind Bank has informed that the Company has allotted 24167 equity shares of Rs 10 each on September 23, 2013 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company’s employee Stock Option Scheme. The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
