Aruna Hotels has informed that board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 27, 2013 is postponed due to unavoidable reasons and the said board meeting will be held on September 30, 2013 to review the operations and performance of the Company and to ratify the circular resolution dated September 06, 2013 for appointment of Company Secretary.
