United Spirits Ltd.

Diageo is reportedly all set to sell United Spirits (USL) brands in Emerging markets. The integration of United Spirits brands and Diageo is also underway. Meanwhile, former Diageo CEO Paul Walsh has joined the board of USL. 

Further, the company’s market share in Tamil Nadu declined to 25% from 70% due to ordering pattern.

United Spirits is the largest spirits company in India and a flagship entity of $2 billion UB group. It manufactures wide range of whisky, vodka, rum and other spirits.
