Kothari Sugars incorporates WOS in Hong Kong

Kothari Sugars & Chemicals has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company (WOS) - Kothari Sugars and Chemicals HK in Hong Kong. The said incorporated WOS is a private company by shares.

Kothari Sugars & Chemicals is the pioneers in manufacturing of sugar, and now has two sugar units in Tamil Nadu one at Kattur and another at Sathamangalam village. It also has facility for co-generation of power, production of industrial alcohol from molasses and bio-compost from press mud and distillery effluents.
