Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 4,600 equity shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has informed that the Operations Committee of the Board of Directors of the company, at its Meeting held on September 24, 2013 allotted 4,600 shares to the employees of the company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.
