Kellton Tech Solutions is contemplating to invest in Kellton Tech, Inc., which is going to be 100% subsidiary company, after investment. The subsidiary company is incorporated in Deleware, USA and will be a holding company for further outbound US investments.

All future investments and acquisitions, in the US, would be routed through this subsidiary company, for administrative and legal compliance.

Kellton Tech Solutions provides a suite of application development, integration, testing and maintenance services. Its consultants have extensive project management experience and expertise in areas like Business Analysis, Java/ J2EE, Microsoft Technologies, Testing, ERP, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI & DW), Database Administration, Infrastructure management, etc.
