Siemens establishes global engineering center in Coimbatore

In a bid to support its oil and gas customers worldwide, Siemens has established a global engineering center (GEC) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The GEC would act as a repository of know-how and experience. This will strengthen the company’s capability to offer high- quality, end-to-end solutions across disciplines such as structural, civil, mechanical, electrical packages, 3D modelling and telecommunications.
