Physical Rubber prices declines on Friday

Physical Rubber prices declined on Friday due to lack of genuine buyers in the market.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 173 compared to its previous closing of Rs 174; while the RSS-5 variety closed at Rs 169 compared to its previous closing of Rs 170.

In the futures market, contract of October delivery declined to Rs 171.75 compared to its previous close of Rs 174.84, while November delivery closed at Rs 170.70 compared to its previous closing of Rs 173.76 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
