Gujarat State Petronet has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on September 27, 2013, has approved allotment of 2258 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (ESOP - 2005) consequent to which the Paid-up Share Capital of the company has increased from Rs. 562, 72, 86,720 to Rs. 562, 73, 09,300.The above information is a part of company’s filings submitted to BSE.
