Tanvi Foods (India) gets nod to incorporate subsidiary company

Tanvi Foods (India) has received approval for incorporation of a subsidiary company (51% ownership) with other strategic partners in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, under the name and style of Tanvi Foods UK or such other name as may be approved by the appropriate authorities. 

This strategic decision follows the overwhelming success of the company’s U.S. subsidiary – Tanvi Foods USA Inc., which has seen significant growth and strong market demand for its products, particularly frozen samosas and other ready-to-eat Indian foods in a very short span. Encouraged by this positive response, and recognizing the United Kingdom as the next major growth market for its products, the company has decided to expand its international footprint through this new incorporation in United Kingdom. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on September 22, 2025, inter-alia, considered and approved the same.  

The company is involved in trading, distribution, and processing of Food and Beverages primarily operating in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
