Power Grid Corporation of India has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish Inter-State Transmission System for project 'Augmentation of transformation capacity and Implementation of line bays at Mandsaur S/s for RE Interconnection' on build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) basis. 

In this regard, the company has received Letter of Intent (LoI) on September 19, 2025. The project comprises of augmentation works at under-construction sub-station (Mandsaur S/s) in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
