Control Print has informed that in response to the BSE email ref. L/SURV/ONL/PV/AA/ 2025-2026 / 498 dated September 23, 2025 with respect to increase in Volume of the Company, the Company is promptly disclosing all the events and information under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to the Stock Exchanges from time to time. The increase in volume is not attributable to any event / information emanating from within the Company and therefore, the Company is unable to comment on the same. The Company will continue to make appropriate disclosures, in accordance with applicable regulations, as and when any event/ information occurs.
