NBCC (India) has bagged work orders worth Rs 117.00 crore from Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO). The company has received orders for development of Commercial Plot at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (UP) worth Rs 23.08 crore; development of HUDCO Plot at Panchkula, Haryana for Rs 26.92 crore; construction of Additional Blocks at HUDCO Regional Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for worth Rs 63.36 crore and Reconstruction of Flats at Asian Games Village Complex (AGVC), New Delhi for worth Rs 3.65 crore. 

The aforesaid business is in the normal course of Business of the Company.

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
