Date: 19-09-2025Mastek has informed that Grant Thornton UK LLP, Statutory Auditors of Mastek Systems Company, a subsidiary of Mastek (the Company), have tendered their resignation from the position of Statutory Auditors vide their letter dated September 17, 2025. A copy of the resignation letter dated September 17, 2025 and requisite disclosures, as received from Grant Thornton UK LLP are attached.
