Graphite India informs about acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Graphite India has informed that Graphite India has invested in the shares of Grafrech International, a NYSE Listed Company (Graftech), through Secondary Market Transactions/Overseas Portfolio Investment (OPI) scheme of Foreign Exchange Management (Overseas Investment) Rules, 2022. The Company has also filed the required information with United States Securities and Exchange Commission under Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The details required in this regard as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/P/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
