Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Yatra Online has informed that it attached a copy of notice being issued to the creditors of the Company, outstanding as on August 30, 2025, inviting objection(s) in connection with the proposed shifting of the registered office of the company from the ‘State of Maharashtra’ to ‘National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi’. This information will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.yatra.com.
