REC has informed that in terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives and for Fair Disclosure’ of REC (the Company/ REC), the trading window shall remain closed for trading in equity shares and other listed securities of REC from October 1, 2025 till 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting in which the financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025 are approved. The trading window will open after 48 hours from the date of approval of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025. During the above period of closure of the trading window, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to deal in REC's equity shares / other listed securities. The date of Board Meeting of REC to be convened for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
