Garware Synthetic informs about closure of trading window

Garware Synthetic has informed that the Trading window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company by its Designated Persons of the Company framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, will remain close from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
