Further to its intimation dated September 17, 2025, Marico has informed that the Income Tax Department conducted a survey action under Section 133A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 on some of the Company’s offices and manufacturing units in India. The said action has now been completed and the Company extended its full co-operation on the matter. Currently, there is no further material update that requires disclosure under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
