SEPC informs about receipt of work order

SEPC has informed that it has been awarded a Work Order from Avenir International Engineers and Consultants LLC, Abu Dhabi for the provision of Engineering Services for various ADNOC projects for a total consideration of AED 13,500,000 (AED Thirteen Million and Five Hundred thousand only) (Approx. ?32.63 Crore (INR) at present value). The company has enclosed the additional details as required by SEBI Circular Numbered SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure - 1 to this letter.
