Websol Energy System has informed that the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Monday, 29th September, 2025 at 12:30 pm through Video-Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the businesses as stated in the AGM Notice dated 1st September, 2025. In this regard, it has enclosed the summary of proceedings as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), as Annexure. The Meeting commenced at 12:30 pm IST and concluded at 13.45 pm IST (including the time allowed for e-voting at the AGM).
