(NSI), incorporated in the USA, a material subsidiary of Newgen Software Technologies (the Company) has entered into a Master Service Agreement with a leading healthcare company in the US. The aggregate value of the aforesaid Agreement is US Dollars 2,593,125 (Two Million five hundred and ninety three thousand one hundred and twenty five US Dollars). The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed.
