With reference to earlier announcement dated August 14, 2025, regarding the appointment of Sridhar Govardhan as Group Chief Information Security Officer of the Company with effect from October 01, 2025, in this regard Angel One has informed that Sridhar Govardhan has joined as Group Chief Information Security Officer forming part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from today i.e. October 01, 2025. Details required under SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 were intimated in earlier announcement dated August 14, 2025, are hereby reannexed.
