Further to its letter dated 14 August 2025, intimating about appointment of Abhijit Kishore as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a term of 3 years effective 19 August 2025. Vodafone Idea has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 3 October 2025, has considered and approved the draft Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the members of the Company for the appointment/ remuneration of Abhijit Kishore as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 3 October 2025, being the cut-off date are entitled to vote on the Resolution set forth in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Board has appointed Umesh Ved & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the said Postal Ballot process.
