Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Websol Energy System has that Sanjana Khaitan, Executive Director of the Company, who was retiring by rotation and was eligible for reappointment, has ceased to be a Director of the Company. Her reappointment was not approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting held on 29th September, 2025. Detailed disclosure as required under Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A.
