Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with SMC Global Securities. Zaggle would provide SMC Global Securities, Zaggle Zoyer & Zaggle Save (Employee expense management & benefits) propositions. The agreement commenced on October 6, 2025 and shall continue until terminated.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
