Asian Paints’ joint venture (JV) -- Asian White Cement Holding’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Asian White Inc. FZE has commenced commercial production at its manufacturing facility in Fujairah, UAE, effective from October 12, 2025. The new facility will undertake manufacturing and exporting white cement and white cement clinker, with an initial capacity of 2,65,000 tons per annum.

Earlier, in the FY 2023-24, the company had incorporated a joint venture (JV) company, Asian White Cement Holding (AWCHL), in Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates (UAE), for the purpose of setting up an operating company in Fujairah, UAE and Asian White Inc. FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary of (AWCHL), in the Fujairah Free Zone, UAE, for carrying out the business of manufacturing, trading and exporting white cement.

Asian Paints manufactures a wide range of paints for decorative and industrial use and also offers Wall Coverings, water proofing, adhesives and services under its portfolio.
