Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed the following: A copy of Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank for the Quarter and Half year ended on 30.09.2025 along with Limited Review Report of Auditors thereon and declaration of Audit Report with unmodified opinion; Statement of utilisation of issue proceeds and NIL Statement of Deviation/variation in utilization of issue proceeds for the quarter ended on 30.09.2025; Security Cover Certificate as on 30.09.2025. The meeting of Board of Directors of Bank commenced at 11.45 am and concluded at 2.45 pm.
