HDFC Life Insurance Company has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, October 15, 2025, have approved the following: The un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, which have been subject to limited review by G.M. Kapadia & Co. and BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company. In terms of Regulation 33 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), it enclosed above-mentioned financial results along with the Limited Review reports for the quarter and half?year ended September 30, 2025; Fund raising through issuance of NCDs in the nature of subordinated debt instruments up to ?750 crore (Rupees seven hundred and fifty crore only) in one or more tranches, in accordance with the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021 and IRDAI (Registration, Capital Structure, Transfer of Shares and Amalgamation of Insurers) Regulations, 2024 and other applicable regulations and circulars, on private placement basis. The Board meeting commenced at 1.15 pm and concluded at 3.15 pm.
