NTPC has informed that it attached disclosure dated 15.10.2025 made by its subsidiary NTPC Green Energy titled ‘Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015’ regarding declaration of COD of part capacity of 12.5 MW (Solar) by a group company of its subsidiary NTPC Green Energy with effect from 17.10.2025. With this, the total installed and commercial capacity of NTPC group will become 83,906 MW.
