Oberoi Realty reports 29% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Oberoi Realty has reported result for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26). 

The company has reported 33.25% rise in its net profit at Rs 618.06 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 463.85 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 53.69% at Rs 1,609.59 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 1,047.31 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 28.98% rise in its net profit at Rs 760.26 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 589.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 35.79% at Rs 1,844.84 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 1,358.62 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
