Premier Polyfilm has informed that it enclosed a copy of certificate received from Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited (RTA) for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025. On the basis of certificate of RTA, they hereby confirmed that: The securities received from the Depository Participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended September,2025 were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by RTA of the Company and that the securities comprised in the said Certificate(s) have been listed on the Stock Exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed; and b) The securities Certificate(s)received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of Members as the registered owners within 15 days.
