Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the underlying Code, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from October 1, 2025 and shall open 48 hours post declaration of Q2-FY2025-26 Financial Results of the Company, unless otherwise communicated.
