Cyient informs about dividend updates
Date: 16-10-2025Cyient has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 16 per equity share (i.e. 320%) on par value of Rs 5 per share for the financial year 2025-26. Further informed that 24 October 2025 is fixed as the record date for the above purpose and the dividend will be paid by 12 November 2025.
