In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RSWM has informed that it enclosed copies of newspapers advertisement regarding opening of Special Window for Re-lodgment of transfer request for Physical Shares published on 17th October, 2025 in the English Newspaper ‘Business Standard’ all editions and in Hindi Newspaper ‘Business Remedies’ & ‘Nafa Nuksan’ Jaipur editions. The same is also available on the website of the Company at www.rswm.in.
